We found our rhythm again after band member Dale had to miss 2 shows due to some family time off.  It felt good being a group again at one of our regular haunts, Mainstreet Bar & Grill in Hopkins.  There’s always a crowd ready to dance, and although Halloween was the following Thursday, we donned our costumes to get into the spirit.  We met new “converts of Bob” -our friend Bob always brings a crowd and is very proud of the fact he’s creating new fans.  We love him and his crew, and he makes the time on his schedule to come to this venue for our event.  Another fan, Brian, bragged that he brought 5 newbies to the show and thanked him profusely as well.  This is how fans are made.

We had special requests for “the Steelheart song” from a 22-year old who’s first was exposed to this hit through the band.  Naturally we obliged along with a dedication. All ages danced into the evening. One fan bought Beth her bourbon (she only has a drink after the majority of tough songs are sung!)  Another gave the band a generous tip at the end of the night . No, we don’t do it for the money, but the thought of it means we made someone happy.

This is what it is about!
